A 21 year-old interviews world luminaries and leaders and getting advice for young people in their 20's.
Why did I start this?
After overcoming a few health scares, I realized the only way to live is to "learn voraciously " and to have "the courage to follow your heart and intuition." Having been the President of Polyfounders(entrepreneurship club) of an underrepresented campus, I saw it as my duty to instill hope and ignite a passion for my peers to dream big.
So in order to show them, I, as a 21 year-old I set out on an ambitious task. Cold connect with the world's leaders and luminaries that are impacting the world around us. I come from a lower-middle class family who saw his parents work 7 days a week to make ends meet, I had 0 connections in the "real world".
I began to cold email these leaders. Many didn't respond. Some did. Those include Jeff Bezos (CEO of Amazon), Sundar Pichai (CEO of Google), Marc Benioff (CEO of Salesforce), Doug McMillion (CEO of Walmart) to name a few.
Got to sit and record valuable episodes with some remarkable folks from celebrities like Hasan Minhaj to social media luminaries like Biz Stone (Cofounder of Twitter) and get advice for people in their 20's looking to find their purpose and what they would do differently if they could go back in time.
I am still on the journey to prove to my young peers that if you dream, they can come true.Ultimately, it is about making an impact to our community and see how we can make the world a better place by sharing our stories and growing together.
I’ve always believed that good things come to people that want it badly and work by building small pieces everyday. So I did.Forging your own path is ecstasy and this project has been a revelation.
